Emotional Intelligence Leadership Assessment (SEI®)
Through the assessment, each participant will learn about his own personal capabilities in the eight core EQ competencies. Such leaning, increase personal awareness and personal ability for deep learning. As a result, participant will be able to focus during the training on the core competencies that are related to his profile.
Furthermore, one-on-one coaching based on the personal profile provides deeper interaction, learning which results in personalized developmental plan.

Mr. Fadi Rabieh is an Organizational Development consultant, leadership trainer and executive coach. His passion is to help organizations, groups and individuals thrive, and maximize their potential. He has worked for over fifteen years with the private and not-for-profit sectors in Palestine and internationally. He holds two master degrees; Conflict resolution and Leadership Development, and Organizational Behavior and Development. He also has a diploma in organizational Development. He is internationally certified executive and team coach, and a certified emotional intelligence trainer and assessor. He is a member of National Training Laboratories (NTL) in the USA, and Organizational Development Network (ODN).
